  13. Trying to connect to Hays modems with Multitech 2834 zdz is giving a
  14. connect of 14400 constantly.  It is as if they dont try to negotiate
  15. for 28.8 just for 14.4.   The Multitech is calling the Hayes.  The
  16. same Multitech modem is having no trouble calling in to other modem it
  17. connects there at 28.8.

  19. The init string for the multitech is simple AT&FX4
  20.  
  21. Any suggestions for either site.
